Hey,Merry Christmas everybody.
I just joined up a few days ago but had a little trouble getting hooked up to post any topics or replies.Looking forward to seeing what you have to say about stuff.I'm a home cook that just loves to throw things together. I find knives and stones an interesting hobby and sharpening is my Zen,when I am not riding my horse or scuba diving,however.
