Hiya! No, unfortunately, the Irish knifemaker I've read most glowing praise about – Fingal Ferguson – seems to be completely overwhelmed with prior commitments, so he's not taking any new orders.

Prick and cm custom spring to mind immediately but there are plenty more

I'm not looking specifically at Irish knife offerings at the moment, but I appreciate you bringing him to my attention.

Not tried them all sadly, the amount of makers has exploded in the last few years, and I already have a full set so not really buying much anymore.
There’s lots of knife shaped objects being made as much as there are high performing knives so can be hard to pick out the makers that understand kitchen knives and those that are still developing
