I’m back, I think.

I used to visit this site years ago when I was putting together my collection but I didn’t seem to have an account anymore. No worries, I just created a new one.

I’m a passionate home cook and I love using my various knives for different tasks. My son, who is a senior at University of Florida (go Gators) has also gotten quite into cooking and kitchen knives so I decided to pass on a few to him. I just recently purchased a Carter high grade and a Watanabe Nakkiri. These are probably the first purchases in years. Since I was out of the loop, I decided to come here and do some research. I look forward to getting back in the purchasing mode and learning more from all of you.
