Yeah the last thing I saw was someone not happy with theirs… but I love them and worked in Southern Ireland so had to get some knives from him back then.
The gyuto I bought from him is flat out gorgeous — I baby it. The boning knife, however, is incredible. I use it all of the time.

Haha I have the boning and oyster knife out of shot. Fingal refinished the oyster for me and it’s perfection. His knives are incredible work horses, no need to baby haha!

There are more… had to take the lower magnetic strip off as our one year old has started walking. Never too early to start learning knife skills tho
