I didn't realize how often I would use this pot!!

I bought it 2-3 years ago? maybe.

I have used it quite often. right now I am making chicken noodle soup. cooking a whole raw chicken in this pot and turning it into soup. so much fun, and what a time saver! it actually makes a very clear broth without all the skimming and stuff. it steams artichokes so quickly. next time I go into the mountains to camp out of my truck, I think I am bringing it. hehe.

Pressure cookers are great. I use mine often. Great for braises, soups and stocks.
