I am a Hospitality Professional. I've worked in the industry for 20+ years now. Currently working as a Chef, but have worked all aspects of restaurants, including DW up to GM, and some country clubs.
My collection ATM is mostly Wusthof Ikon, but I'm just starting a Japanese collection. I have a Takeshi Saji Petty Knife OTW right now.
I look forward to engaging with the community here to help guide me through future purchases, etc.
