Yeah... I love this knife but that bastard of a Shig Kitaeji Yanagiba popped up and that is too good to pass up.

I will own a 270mm Jiro Sujihiki one day again though...

This has been used twice for two wonderful pieces of ribeye but has not shown patina yet.

This has not been sharpened or stropped.

I am selling this for what I paid, so sorry, I will not be entertaining offers.
