Hey guys. Haven’t been on here in a little while because I had a little case of the pandemic blues for a little bit. Anyways, I need a new car. My newer commute can be kind of sketchy without AWD and I want to try and pick up a used subaru. Nothing fancy.. have to let go of some things.

This Jiro I bought from pro tooling. It’s been used literally once and that was to cut a few vegetables for thanksgiving. It was oiled and put back in the box afterwards. It’s number 83. It has light patina. This is a really solid knife. I really enjoy jiro’s work and this example I think is just right for me. This one is going to hurt but is more important. I use mostly stainless and SS clad at work these days. Hope it’s right for the next person also!

Ok so I want to apologize. After I posted this, I went right to bed because I wake up at 2AM for work. Left work late and had to get a car wash. Then waste my life away scraping off grateful dead stickers . I’m going now in order messages wise. I’ve answered the first gentleman.
