Selling a couple that don't see much use. I purchased the gyuto in 2013, probably sharpened a few times to refresh the edge. It is just one of those that I love when I use it, but just reach for others first. The petty I purchased in 2015, it is unsharpened as I tucked it away after a few test cuts. They run a bit short as some lines are measured from the handle as opposed to the heel, you can see the differences on JKI site. The have the lacquered handles and are beautiful knives! Both come with original sayas and boxes.

Gyuto - 227x47mm (heel to tip), 162g - $425 $400 shipped CONUS Gesshin Kagekiyo 240mm Ginsanko Wa-Gyuto

Petty - 141x27mm (heel to tip), 61g - $275 $250 shipped CONUS Gesshin Kagekiyo 150mm Ginsanko Wa-Petty

Will knock $50 off if you buy the pair. Let me know if you want any other info or photos.

Thank you,
Matt
