Kanji Help Please

Can anyone decipher the kanji on this Usuba I picked up? Thanks

Okay, I couldn't get the Google Translate to work on the knife, but when I tried on the picture above, it is saying "Cold Water". Is that correct? Does that just mean water quenched or does it translate to a name? I am attaching a picture of the back, the top part I am pretty sure is Blue Steel, the bottom kanji keeps translating to several different things. Does the back help? Thank you.

It reads 寒水/Kansui, it's a brand name, back side reads, Blue steel (Aogami) and special forged
