Kanji ID Help

Hi All,



I know another one! Really wish there was a kitchen knife Kanji library, but since there isn't (or is there one?) Knife is a single bevel stainless Kirituke or ktip bunka (if it that exists)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think it says 柳薄郎 関蔵作. Bottom half says it made by Sekizo. Not 100% sure what the top half means
