I've been looking for a good knife Kanji library for a while and have found promising leads but they all seem to lead to broken links or defunct websites. Does anyone know of a good, knife-specific kanji library? Yes, I have Google Lens and many other apps for deciphering kanji but there are still many instances where having a focused library would help. Any input is appreciated.

Check the old thread you replied to earlier: da_mich posted the library, and I replied with that link.

Yahoo auction, and yahoo auction price history is the most comprehensive knife kanji library I know of. Engraved kanji and writing. Also any edged tools or engraved tools in general, they have their own writing style different than calligraphy or standard kanji style. There are many kanji styles, and abbreviations and modifications too.

It’s not going to work very well, Japanese Kanji unlike Chinese has quite bit different rule in actually pronunciation, Onyomi and Kunyomi, Kunyomi is Kanji but still reads in Japanese ways, (小鳥遊Takanashi lol) Onyomi is following old Chinese ways (and there are several categories of them based on the time period when the term is imported…) tho I suppose it is possible to establish a brand directory
