For those who have done so, how did you navigate the shipping part when ordering? I can't get the form to accept my address. I can input my name, phone, street but it only wants to allow me to select Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore for countries.

So am I just a knucklehead or am I missing something? Well, both are actually quite possible.
