Goko Kogetsu 210mm White 1 mono gyuto. This one is in my estimation one of the ultimate lasers, I keep either this, the Kashima, or the Asano in my bag for things like yuca root. I’ve decided it’s redundant with the Asano though, and it’s time to let some go. Lightly used, has a gray patina I like but will polish off on request. I really like the handle heavy balance; it makes it feel sturdy despite how thin the blade is. $250

Kurosaki Raijin 245mm sujihiki, 40mm height. Cobalt Special steel, have begun flattening the bevels as I sharpen but is still pretty concave. Had it for a while but only really used it a handful of times. Good general purpose suji. $250

Masamoto KS 240mm sujihiki, 35mm height. Really good knife, just not what I was expecting and too much like some knives that I ended up being meh on. Had it about two weeks, used it a couple times. Definitely more of a task-specific slicer. $250
