SOLD Konosuke Fujiyama Wide Bevel Blue#2 Gyuto 240mm

This is a Morihiro sharpened Fujiyama wide bevel from the May 2019 CKTG batch. I’ve used it a little, but it has not been sharpened/tipped/chipped or otherwise abused in any way. I added the Konosuke branded saya and it has a coat of tru-oil on it. I thought about holding onto this one since it seems Morihiro isn’t making any more, but I hardly use it.

Measurements are 229x51 and 2.7 out of the handle. Weight is 178g. Steel is Blue#2, handle is stock ebony. Let me know if there are any questions.
