Konosuke HD2 210 mm Gyuto
This one is quite used; sharpened multiple times, so it's thickened up a bit. Sukenari SG2 240 mm Gyuto
Nice size and weight, the SG2 core steel is quite tough but harder to sharpen and cuts well. The original look was boring to me, so I tried making a faux wide-bevel finish but ended up forgetting about it.It comes with a nice and smooth ho wood saya, comfily fits the knife and is included in the asking price.
