Hi all! I recently traded for a knife from Rob at the.nine and it websites description stated that it had been sharpened and polished by Lee Chew. My knowledge of him is pretty limited so I'm wondering if anyone here could shed some light on his background for me.

Lee was a chef at one of the fancier restaurants in Melbourne for many years (while I was working as a chef, that restaurant was the one to beat). He has a great yanagi and stone collection - Very good polisher.

He quit cooking and started Migoto a few years back
