A two-person factory C.I. factory in Syracuse, NY was featured on a new Anthony Bourdain show called "Raw Craft." What are the odds Cut Brooklyn makes it on the show? Anyway Borough Furnace churn out 8 or 9 pieces a day using a forge powered by used fryer oil. Considering the small production, they are not as expensive as one might think. ($280 for 9"; $320 for 12").
