Hi there fellow enthusiasts
Louis from Denmark here. This forum has been my go to ressource for years now so I thought now was the time to join. Im a home cook and lover of great food. My knife journey started years ago when I became fed up with my four star zwillings not keeping an edge. Since then i bought a ton of knives and sold most of them again My go to knife for know is Kono hd2 240.
