Does anyone know where to find a Mazaki 225mm gyuto? I know they've been available in the past (maybe from cleancut?) but I cant seem to find them for sale right now. I want to try out a mid-weight gyuto in the ~225mm length and it seems like Mazaki's have been pretty well regarded so it might be exactly what I'm looking for.

I don’t recall a 225, but they did have the 220 for the first round at Cleancut. Love mine, and if you can find one from the first batch, do not hesitate. Probably my favorite of the Maz I own.
