I bought this Beautiful gyuto knife made by mazaki from jns, excellent condition sharpen couple of times, comes with custom handmade saya.
sell it because its my third 240 gyuto.

Great knife I bought mine from Craig Carbon Knife. It is absolutely crazy the grind on these knifes it is something to be appreciated I own some very nice knifes, but this is my go to. I wish he would take a little more time in observing the the coil and spine. The trade off just my opinion probably the one of the flattest knifes you will find. Takes a nasty edge
