Picked this up from Carbon a few weeks ago. Huge fan of this series so I wanted a 270mm gyuto, but I'm looking to snag some other knives so I'm letting it go. Used a few times and never sharpened. Patina is a bit exaggerated in the photos and can be removed if the buyer prefers.
