Hi guys, I'm looking to sell my Rader 270 kurochi gyuto in 52100 steel.

It is used in home kitchen, sharpened twice. Measurements: 273x58, 280g. The weight removed in the s grind design significantly reduce the weight making it feel like holding a 240 in hand.

Surprised this is still available. Roy is a pleasure to deal with and Raders are great knives and his 52100 develops a gorgeous patina.
