If I didn’t already have one of these I’d be all over it. This knife is a beast of a knife. Mikami makes (made) a truly sublime blade. A little rough around the edges but they can cut and cut and cut. P.S. if anyone has a mikami gyuto that’s gathering dust please give me a shout. GLWS and whoever does buy this will not be disappointed.
