Consistent, medium hard, about 1-1.5k. Very toothy edges and decent high contrast polish.

Amakusa type stones
These aren't my favorite, but are better than other stones in the 700-1k grit range I've tried (I've got plenty of garden pavers and doorstops from stones that are similar but not useful at all). These will self slurry and leave a consistent enough scratch pattern.

*SOLD* 1) 210x60x60 - $60

2) 180x66x44 - $50 $40 $25

3) 203x71x53 - $55 $45 $30
