Picked up all three varieties of Miura's Y. Tanaka AS gyutos, and while I really like this, I'm trying to keep my collection to just the blades I like the most. Original ebony handle was swapped with a ho D handle, but will be included with purchase. Forged by Y. Tanaka and sharpened by Nomura san. Sharpened once.
