I spent most of last weekend digging through boxes of knife stuff looking for Jnats. In the process I re-discovered a few knives that I’ve never or rarely used that deserve to go to a good home.

First up is a Moritaka Kiritsuke. Specs as follows …

Blade length … 253mm
Edge length … 243mm
Depth at heel … 50mm
Thickness measured at spine … heel .. 3.09mm, mid blade .. 2.16mm, 1” from tip .. 2.16mm
Weight … 178gms

Core steel is Aogami super, cladding is soft iron. Welded stainless steel tang. Ho wood octagonal handle with a Buffalo horn ferrule.
