Hello All,

Here I have two beauties up for grabs. A matched pair of low carbon san-mai 52100 cored chef knives in my Sab style pattern. Both feature oil finished purple heart handles that exhibit some curly chatoyance, and are topped with richly coloured African Blackwood ferrules. As a special treat for the neglected lefties of the knife world, one of them is cut with a left hand bias.

First up, the lefty

Asking $465 U.S + $25 U.S each (for shipping) or $900+ shipping for the pair, shipped with insurance anywhere in North America. Overseas will be in the ballpark of $50-$75 U.S depending on the area.

Note: If purchased as a pair, I'll need to ship them separately to insure them fully as the both will exceed Canada Post's 1000$ CAD limit for parcel insurance.

These knives came about as a way of testing a new set of drawing dies I made in the hopes of achieving lower, and more typical looking cladding lines. As part of the billet that these blade were cut from, another blade has been profiled, and received its HT. It's a 225mm x 55mm in a sort of bullnosed kono-fm type profile. Anyone can call dibs on that blade immediately as a semi-custom, but if no one claims it by the time I'm done with my current round of customs I'll grind and handle it as per usual.

Thank you for looking!

-Matt
