SOLD Munetoshi Butcher and Okeya Honesuki

Okeya blue #2- 154x38 75g (50/50 bevel and is more like a utility knife than honesuki)

Looking to clear out a few unused knives as I just use my Tojiro utility for most tasks. Munetoshi is from JNS and Okeya from CKTG.

Munetoshi is like new. Only cut 1 bird with it. Okeya has seen some use and sharpened a few times. Great for trimming silverskin and takes a great little edge. Broken down whole Striploins and Ribeyes with ease. The pointed tip is very good for exploratory cuts.


Munetoshi cost me $200 after conversion and shipping and the Okeya was $85 plus a few for shipping.

Would like to sell as a pair for $205 shipped.

Unfortunately I just got the butcher knife for a gift. The cigarette smell from boxing was impressive, it was muted previously.

If I was in a position to buy knives jus ‘cus, I would. But I shouldn’t. This is a BOGO. Someone do it before I change my mind.


@pownedju that munetoshi is a recommended brand/knife. Give it a thought.
