Hi all I've forgotten about these forms for a few years. Gone from cooking in James beard kitchens to starting a family, mowing fairways and greens, working at a retail wild food stand/company chef/managing an edible mushroom grow chamber to mongering fish and putting my family ahead of all else. I really love seafood.
