I’ve been working in kitchens for about 4 years now; Started work during senior year of high school. I’ve worked in izakayas with bincho grills and woks and whole fish. I’m currently working at an Italian restaurant that deals with wood fire pizzas and super high volumes of pastas (200-300 a night!!) I’ve also completed my local community college’s AA hospitality program. I rocked wusthofs and macs and house knives… lol. My interest (or obsession) in knives has only picked up over the last few months and admittedly I have much to learn. This forum rocks!! Hoping to connect with other enthusiasts and learn much more. And definitely spend much more hahah.
