Just joined up after a period of using Facebook groups only, since I wanted to draw on the knowledge of this forum
I currently own some JNS knives including a couple of Munetoshi and recently acquired a Tanuki. My question is if any of you know the smith behind this series? Maksim doesn't disclose on his website, but I've heard Munetoshi and Wakui, which makes it seem like an absolute steal to me. I've got my eyes on a aogami2 Anryu next, since I'm looking for something relatively budget friendly and forgiving (less reactive). Maybe you have some suggestions
