Hello all -- I've been a lurker for a little while and decided it's time to participate. Lots of wonderful information here - thank you all for that. Really started in the cutlery hobby with hunting and fishing knives. Then bushcraft and sharpening. Just a home cook but I love to feed family and friends so kitchen cutlery was a natural progression.
