Hi guys!

Been cooking a lot recently and have fallen down the wonderful rabbit hole of knives and stones.
Glad there are others who are interested in the same stuff as me! Love reading everyone's opinion and reviews, so I'm sure if there is anything I need to know u guys are the ones to ask.

Welcome. Do you have any favorite Belgian knives or stones?

Sadly I do not...only started getting into sharpening seriously about 6 months ago (give or take). Right now I have a naniwa pro 400, 800 and a shapton glass 4K. So my knowledge about different stones is very limited.

Welcome aboard! Excellent stones, those Naniwa Pro. Belgian is in the sharpening world well known for their Coticule and Blue Brocken.

Welcome.

FWIW, I have a favourite Belgian stone. It's called a Belgian Blue Whetstone. I think it's my favourite finishing stone for carbon and low alloy stainless steels.
