This is a new Newham Honyaki gyuto in Spicy White. 221x57 at 198g, the balance is at the pinch grip. Really beautiful workmanship by Will with his spectacular fit and finish. Handle is comfortable and classy.

I got it in a trade and never got around to using it. Feels more like a laser-pony grind.

Newhams are as nice as literally anything out there. Personally, I'd put it in the same league as Bidinger, Yanick, etc...

Agreed. I love mine and it's one of the few knives in my collection that I will never sell.
