Hello thanks for your inquiry. I regrettfully have a Nordquist Magnacut gyuto for sale. I like to explain myself. A business I am associated with has some delquencies that need to be paid. Of course the knives are the first to go. Buy high sell low. Does that sound familiar? Whether vegetables or proteins. This knife is very productive push pull very dimensional medium workhorse feel. Minimal food striction. The Magnacut steel outstanding, it holds an incredible everlasting edge. Little to no maintenance.I have only had to strop once with Diamond Poly.
