I would like to offer up my Northside kiradashi. Got it direct and have only used it a few times to test some stones.
Made out of 52100 and wrought iron.
I’m also going to include this Joel Black petty with a huge delamination as bonus. Not really fit to use for cooking but could be good for someone who wanted to practice polishing or test out some stones. I got it from Joel and he quickly replaced it. It’s just sitting so I figured someone might get some use out of it.
