Impulse purchase to fit in the XL Sized hole in my knife collection. Kinda got to me it was bought on impulse while it was getting spa treatment so I am currently looking to sell it to recoup some funds.
It's been professionally thinned and refinished. Spine and choil was bad, I reshaped the spine and choil and crowned them too. Knife has also been rehandled with one of my own handles, for better blade to handle size ratio imo (Refer to pictures)
Refinishing process includes hi-polish and sandblasting to show dammy pattern. (Refer to pictures again)
Knife has been used once before getting spa treatment, it sucked. Surface was getting stuck due to deep etch, friction. Edge was thick, struggled with taller ingredients. Spine and choil was edgy and ugly.
