$60
113mm long edge
62 g
35mm height
Spine 3.3mm to 2.4mm to 1.1mm
White 1 iron clad
Knife Japan used to stock these but the maker retired. Hiroshima smith Otake Te-uchi. Was looking for these for a couple years. These were so much harder to find than mikami for me. The maker is a sword smith. Steel is on the more edge retention side of white steel. Feels almost like blue steel in sharpening and board feel and edge. Cuts like a narrow wide bevel. . . Kinda like takeda but without flex. Has distal taper unlike takeda (edit I'm wrong). Wide bevel sharpened and finished on aoto
