WTB - EU Paring Knife 75-90mm

Hello,
just curios if anyone has a little paring knife that is a drawer queen.
I used to have a Tojiro DP but I dont like VG10 at all.

I forgot a few things
- budget would be max 100 euros
- stainless or stainless clad
- prefer wa but open to yo handle

If you're in the EU I'd look at Robert Herder. Even though they're not as cheap as they used to, a K1M still doesn't break the bank (60-80 euros). Their entry level paring knives can still be found for about 20 bucks.
