Hello, I recently acquired this used Santoku. It seems to be in great shape, it is very sharp and has quickly become my go to knife for most things. So it says "Powder Steel" and I believe the first Kanji character is "Blue". I have read a little bit about what powder steel is, but does this mean it is Blue Steel, do we know what kind?

Can anyone tell me what the Kanji says? Pretty sure the first is 'blue" and for the next two, with Google translate, it is saying "Long" and "Wood". the last one is not coming up, but I think once it can up as "Pine", but the pine kanji didn't seem to match up.

Thank You

Thank you HumbleHomeCook and Greasylake.

Thanks for the link that looks like it, so seems like a pretty decent knife and user.
I don't know anything about all of the different steels out there. I did look up the SG2 / R2 and looks like a good hard steel.
