Recently finished and available. 190 x 92mm vegetable cleaver in SF100 steel at 61HRC. Convex bevels (600 grit). Rounded and polished choil and spine. The handle is made from an incredible piece of stabilised birch, G10 spacer.

Yes, Sheffield made Silver Fox 100 steel, pretty much the same as Aeb-l.

Is it flat cutting profile (Chinese style) or slightly concave curly (Japanese Chuka style)?

It is not flat, there is a slight curvature along the edge.

Thanks, the handle is 22/25mm front and 24/27mm back, 122mm long. The balance point is about an inch forward from the makers mark.
