Need to sell of some stainless cleaver and small carbon knives, they dont cost much so here's a combo deal.
First up is Xi Gong Zi Slicer (Sang Dao), slimiar to CCK 1302 just all stainless cladded 9Cr18Mov, Chinese equivlent of 440C. The core steel goes all the way to the edge unlike major brands like Shibazi or Dengjia which just welds 1.5-2cm of cladded material to a back plate. The grind is very thin, much better than the popular F208 series, closer to the CCK 1302 territory. The blank is made in Yangjiang then grounded in Chongqing, then further thinned by me. I got a 1302 which just does similar job so selling this. Bought for around $45 with large amount of shipping fee. The Dengjia small carbon butcher is an add-on, very rustic and wabisabi, probably can take a truck run over it, bought for $35.
The combo sells for $70.
Chopper King Aus-10 from CKTG, good steel and good thinness, the original grind is not thick but not to my taster so I thinned it further and added small convex, bought for $65. Master Kuo SK-5 Mini tuna cleaver from Jende, fun little knife, same role as Ajikiri. The original sandblasted finish is awful so I sanded it off and thinned it a little bit. Bought for $79.
Sell for $120 $110 $100 all together.
