Hi KKF, happy Sunday!
It’s been a minute since I’ve been active on the forums but I’ve been snagging up knives again and need to find new homes for a few that aren’t getting used.
I’ve managed to keep a much more streamlined kit this go round, and will be releasing a couple gems from my fav maker to start.
Including as much info as possible, and as always keeping pricing fair in the spirit of the KKF!
Please reach out with any questions and thanks for looking!

First up is a 202mm gyuto from Bryan Raquin with his regular/classic grind. This one comes pre-owned from Eating Tools and has been used very little since purchase. It’s in fantastic shape with the original edge from Abe. Comes with a nice soft pouch as well.
