Per usual, I’ve acquired more projects than I can reasonably work on and I’d rather just pass these along than have them staring at me for months or a year before I actually get to finishing them. Putting these up to see if anyone wants to take a dive. If I do any further testing or get to these projects I'll withdraw or post additional pictures. Always welcome to PM me with any questions.
6.2kg!! Aiiwatani, 450x245x26 (max), $200 + shipping - Bought several raw hunks of aiiwatani recently and this was undoubtedly the most impressive one. Seems fairly clean and not too hard based on the small area I flattened and tested a kiridashi on. I planned to use it as one big slab, but the reality of the surface is that it really needs to be cut down into separate stones. You could easily get 3 full size stones and a koppa or two out of it.
1.8kg Aiiwatani (kiita?) hunk, 240x75x60 (max), $85 + shipping - odd shape, but you could probably make a fairly nice koppa out of it.
2.3kg Takashima? w/ swirls and a bit of namazu, 290x135x30 (max), $175 + shipping - haven't had a chance to try this one. Looks flat, but is actually domed so needs work to get tested. Sold to me as a Takashima, but I think mine-skepticism is probably healthy here. shape is a bit awkward and could probably use trimming, then you'd have a nice size bench stone and a big tomo nagura. Stone seems free of major lines and inclusions.
Small Ohira Uchigumori $75 shipped - still available

Hunk of JNat $10 + shipping - came with a group of koppa I was interested in. Tried this briefly and it seemed ridiculously hard and didn't do much besides burnish (and not in a pleasant way). Probably useful just as a paper weight honestly, but if someone wants to really go on a limb, why not? Looks a bit like the quartzite I grew up collecting.
