Hi ya’ll. I’m pretty new to the world of knives but the bug already got me. I did extensive research about what one kitchen knife I would buy. This journey started with the work of Kramer in the US, quickly moved forward to Japanese knifes and ended up in Solingen Germany which is just an hour away from where I’m located.

I ended up purchasing this one special beauty wich I linked below.

Thanks! Already have my first question as a potential buying guidance.... For a steak knife X50CrMoV15 or VG10. In other words: Suncraft or Wüsthof... Would appreciate your thoughts about the pros and the cons. Cheers
