Hey KKF,

I would like to sell my Sakai Kikumori Tanaka 240, tang signed by the man himself.

I picked this up here on BST, unused. Since then I’ve used it but never sharpened and the edge still has some life to it.

Performance is fantastic, feels great on the board. Not too much taper along the spine but very thin behind the edge with wide bevel, full polish. Nice forward balance.

Hate to let it go but I need to generate some funds and this one is a bit easier to replace than my others.

Specs:
232 x 52
Aogami super/iron clad

Asking $650 shipped/insured in US, international DM.

These are amazing knives. If I didn’t already have the un-signed convex grind “so-ten” version from Bernal I’d be tempted. Whoever picks this up will be quite pleased.

Also it’s hard to tell in your photos with the patina, but the kasumi finish done on these is one of the best I’ve seen.
