Hi guys, trying to work on sharpening skills, taking all beaters that your trying to get rid of.
Any types of knives but I’m specifically looking for nikiri, bunka, gyutos.

I dont mean to take over your thread but I am also in need of some beater Japanese knives to practice my sharpening skills as well.

If you live near an ikea, you can pickup one of their 365+ 6” utility knives for like $15. The one with the metal handle. It uses german steel, same as wusthof.
