I'm forcing myself to edit my collection. There isn't a single knife I own I want to sell, but the time has come to streamline and I'm posting these for sale (without second-guessing myself!). I'm an active collector, I buy and sell a lot (buy more than sell), I never use any of the knives I collect (sad truth) so unless otherwise specified, they are in mint condition from my inspection. All of these were direct to me from the maker (or via EatingTools, etc.) I'm happy to supply a current video as requested, as well as vouchers!
