I have a Saji knife that has a small chip and would like to see if someone has the experience and skill to fix this. Has been out of my rotation for a while but I’d love to get it back in circulation. New to the forum but if Someone here has the experience I’m open to mail service.

Try Rodriguez Butcher Supply maybe? They sell knives, so they probably can sharpen or recommend someone locally.

they would have been the logical choice but I think the knife shop is closed due to COVID. I’ll give them a ring though...
